McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Relief Care and Support Assistant to join their team at Wilton Court estate in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
Base Salary: £11.96 per hour, up to £13.26 (see below*)
Hours: To be agreed with the manager. (Day, evening, and weekend shifts available, all year round)

About the role:
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their health and wellbeing. Duties include housekeeping, domestic support, assisting residents with appointments, transport, shopping, and encouraging participation in activities. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a positive impact using your people skills.
About you:
* You live within easy commuting distance of the estate.
* You are warm, friendly, and ideally have experience in care/support environments.
* You are passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of older people and enjoy teamwork.
* You are committed to excellent customer service.
* You aim to work in Health and Social Care, preferably with a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), though relevant experience or alternative qualifications will be considered.
