What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be accountable for the performance of strategies across the delinquent and pre‑delinquent mortgage collections portfolio, ensuring effective outcomes aligned to business objectives. A key part of your role will involve delivering clear and insightful Management Information (MI) and commentary on portfolio performance against business plans, forecasts, and risk appetite, alongside proactively monitoring trends and identifying early warning signs of emerging risks. Using data‑driven insights, you will assess credit metrics across both new and existing business, making informed recommendations to mitigate risk and uncover new opportunities.
