Internal Audit Manager
As our Internal Audit Manager, you will:
* Be a key part of the Risk Assurance service’s expansion, providing valuable support to the Head of Risk Assurance/Internal Audit and the wider business.
* Be a champion for quality, ensuring every engagement meets the highest standards of clarity, insight and professionalism.
* Work with a diverse client base that values our service, giving you exposure to multiple sectors, organisational cultures and risk environments.
* Play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and innovation.
* Build strong relationships and add value at all levels.
Salary: region of £55,000.
What you’ll bring
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
* A passion for quality and a sharp analytical mind.
* Experience delivering and reviewing internal audit work to a high standard.
* Strong leadership and management experience.Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.
* CIA / CMIIA (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
Working arrangements
* Hybrid role, requiring some on‑site and some remote working. The majority of our clients are currently in South Wales.
