POSITION: Beauty Therapist – Skincare
LOCATION: Selfridges- London
REPORTS TO: Assistant Business Manager/ Business Manager
Dior is taking its luxury skincare expertise into the world of treatments. Be a part of the journey to deliver exquisite and luxury treatments with a compelling and unique service to match. This brand new concept embodies Dior Institut legitimacy and exclusive techniques. The Skincare Therapist will promote Dior image of skincare expertise via conducting Dior Private Skin Treatments and providing the highest standard of service to clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micropeeling and treatments for men
2. Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers and booking of skincare treatment service
3. Educate customers on Dior products, in particular on skincare application techniques and routines, and on the Dior brand
4. Achieve retail sales targets and facial targets on a monthly basis
5. Support team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requested
6. Ensure the Welcome to Dior approach is embedded with every client interaction
7. Manage client bookings and build client profile tailored to treatments offered
8. Attend regular bespoke training and ensure product and service knowledge is promoted
9. Sell Dior products and skincare treatments and provide a high standard of service to customers on boutique or counter throughout the whole sale via Dior professional selling techniques
10. Able to cross sell makeup and fragrance / global approach
11. Coach Beauty Consultants on their skincare diagnosis, consultation and gestures and application tips (if Dior Cabin for Dior Private Skin Treatments at the counter)
12. Update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile
13. Develop and utilise customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)
14. Ensure that cabins are in line with hygiene and quality standards at all times
15. Monitor stock levels, report any issues to Boutique or Counter Manager to ensure there is sufficient stock, particularly on skincare products
16. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
17. Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and Cabin and store standards
18. Respect corporate & counter rules and report to trade store management team and operational staff
19. Directly reports to Dior in-store management team and internal interactions with Training, Sales and Marketing Team Members
20. Represent the brand values towards the client and demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
21. Preferably with skincare luxury business experience
22. Previous professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysis
23. Experience of Spa environment desirable
24. Experience of working in luxury retail environment but not essential
Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ or Diploma

41. Excellent knowledge on the face and body anatomy, muscles, skin and how it functions
42. Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in “local language”
43. Able and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis & consultation
