We are recruiting a Team Leader for a new 2-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool L11, supporting young people with EBD. The role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the day-to-day running of the home meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies. Responsibilities: * Lead shifts and support Residential Care Workers * Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs * Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of children * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations * Support consistency, routines, and positive outcomes Requirements: * Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (essential) * Experience in children’s residential care * Knowledge of EBD, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements * Ability to lead by example Details: * £14.83 per hour * £60 per sleep-in * 2 on / 4 off rota * 162.5 hours per month This is an opportunity to join a new children’s home with a supportive Registered Manager and Responsible Individual already in place Alert me to jobs like this
