Location: Leigh, WN7
Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday (7:30-15:30 or 8:00-16:00)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support our clients operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient material administration and supporting the smooth running of their supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies required for operations.
 * Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.
 * Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
 * Monitor stock levels and support inventory management by placing orders as needed.
 * Work with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes.
 * Prepare reports and provide insights to improve purchasing strategies.
Requirements:
 * Experience in purchasing, materials administration, or logistics.
 * Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
 * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
