Customer Journey Coordinator – Join Our Family Team

Are you someone who enjoys building real connections, putting people at ease, and keeping things running smoothly?

You don't need to know about cars — just how to make people feel looked after.

What You'll Be Doing

* Speaking to customers on the phone — reminding them about services, MOTs, or repairs.
* Checking in after visits to make sure everything went smoothly.
* Handling bookings and coordinating service schedules across branches.
* Responding to online enquiries and messages.
* Offering friendly advice (full training given).
* Suggesting helpful extras like service plans when appropriate.
* Keeping records accurate and up to date.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Saturday mornings: 8:30am – 12:30pm (rota basis)

* A warm, natural communicator who enjoys helping people.
* Someone with patience, empathy, and a genuine customer-first attitude.
* Organised, reliable, and happy to multitask.
* Comfortable using systems and open to learning.
* A down-to-earth team player who wants to make a difference.
