Football Coaches – Part-Time (IOF Academy & IOF Mavericks FC)
Location: Staffordshire/Derbyshire border
About Us
IOF Academy is a specialist football development organisation with a proven record in delivering USA soccer scholarships and elite player pathways. We run a full-time residential football and education programme for both UK-based and international students, hosted at a prestigious independent school on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border.
Our team is led by ex-professional academy staff and a former football club owner, creating a unique development model that provides players and coaches with genuine opportunities in professional football, coaching careers, and international placements.
In Summer 2025, we are launching IOF Mavericks FC – an elite grassroots football club offering high-performance coaching and competitive opportunities. Based at our independent school campus with state-of-the-art facilities, the club environment mirrors that of a professional academy and forms a key part of our wider player development pathway.
We are now looking to build a team of ambitious, professional coaches to help establish IOF Mavericks FC and support the continued growth of our academy programme.
