A new opportunity has arisen at our Nottinghamshire location. As the Council's strategic partner, we are integrating the wider health and social care systems across Nottinghamshire to implement a cultural change programme that prioritizes technology as the first line of response.
We are looking for a Service Center Manager (TEC) responsible for developing and executing the Nottinghamshire TEC service model. You will oversee the TEC programme and operations, manage relationships with the commissioning team and key stakeholders, and optimize business processes.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering change management and operational leadership
* Managing all aspects of the contract, including contract management, operations, customer service, inventory, P&L, and resources
* Collaborating with central services to develop and implement the tendered model, ensuring contract KPIs are met
All about you
* Experience in developing and executing strategic and business plans, with the ability to write standard operating procedures
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance metrics, with attention to detail in reviewing expenditures, analyzing data, and preparing reports
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas confidently to NHS commissioning bodies, senior management, and private sector decision-makers
* Significant experience in the TEC environment, with proven achievements, and a good understanding of the healthcare social care equipment market
