We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Business Support who will act as a supportive resourcing to the IRC Team, primarily responsible for administrative duties as well as support to the internal and external sales team.
What does the role involve?
Engaging with customers over the phone.
Actively learning about the products and services offered.
Liaising with other suppliers/distributors.
Checking of order acknowledgements from suppliers and advising customers of delivery dates
Making proactive sales telephone calls including chasing of quotations
Regularly engaging with external teams.
Assisting customers with completion of guarantee forms and submitting and following up with suppliers
Any other reasonable duties within the individual capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
GCSE Mathematics and English (preferable)
Good data accuracy
Excellent communication skills.
Previous administrative experience
Microsoft software systems experience
