Care Service Manager – Adults with Autism & Complex Needs
Location: Loughborough / Leicestershire
Full-Time | 42 hours per week

We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Service Manager to join our client’s growing team and lead a high-quality, person-centered care service in Loughborough.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding, person-centered care.
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and ensure individualised support for each service user.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, health & safety legislation, and other statutory requirements.
* Take charge of staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance management.
* Build strong working relationships with families, professionals, and local authorities.
* Respond to safeguarding concerns, manage complaints, and implement service improvements.
* Manage staff rotas effectively to maintain safe staffing levels.
* Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year management experience in a care or support setting (e.g., Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager).
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Proven experience supporting adults or young people with autism, challenging behaviour, or complex needs.
* A positive, proactive approach to person-centered care.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the service and contribute to a positive team culture.
