Freja is the UKs leading bone broth brand. Were looking for a sharp, organised, commercially minded Brand Manager to help us roll out the Freja brand clearly and consistently, across retailers, online channels and product launches.
You wont be designing ads, writing copy, or inventing brand strategy. Your job is to make sure the brand lands well everywhere it appears. Youll work across sales, digital, and ops to ensure we show up consistently and competitively in every channel.
Lead the creation and rollout of retailer-facing assets: sell-in decks, trade presentations, shelf messaging, and activation toolkits
Coordinate retail execution plans with Sales and Commercial teams
Ensure content provided by the creative team is channel-appropriate and on-brand for retail
Brand Campaigns & ATL Execution
Support the Head of Marketing in delivering integrated ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, digital).
Coordinate timelines, assets and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
Ensure creative output and messaging are consistent across all media and touch points.
Online Brand Presence (DTC & Etail)
Own the execution and quality of product listings and brand presentation across:
Coordinate listing content: product titles, bullet points, carousel images, A+ content
Keep all product information and assets up to date across platforms
Manage the cross-functional rollout of product launches and brand campaigns
Build and maintain the internal launch calendar, working closely with Content, Ops, Digital, and Sales
Ensure each team receives the correct messaging, claims, pack copy, and creative assets
Create and manage clear internal briefs to ensure the Content and Creative teams deliver channel-ready assets aligned with launch objectives.
Prepare and circulate launch toolkits, messaging decks, and asset folders to support execution across channels
Act as the final check on brand consistency across all launch touch points
Brand Integrity & Consistency
Act as internal brand gatekeeperreviewing assets for tone, claims, banned phrases, and formatting consistency
Collaborate closely with the in-house Content Team to ensure alignment
Own and maintain internal master brand decks and messaging guides
Brand Health & Feedback
Lead Frejas brand tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Collate feedback and insights from Sales, PR, Digital and Customer Support to build a full picture of brand health.
5+ years in a brand, marketing or category role within FMCG
~ Experience working across retail and digital channels
~ Strong attention to detail in copy, design, claims and consistency
~ A real interest in health, nutrition, or whole foods is a plus
A key role in a fast-growing food challenger brand
