Job Title Property Administrator Summary Cushman and Wakefield's leading Global Occupier Services team are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team as a Property Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for recording and maintaining up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data, in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for our occupier clients. Job Description Your main responsibilities: Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities. Comparing legal documents and/or abstraction forms with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation Maintenance of property databases Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other teammates in their workload Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team Supporting the maintenance of process documents relating their job Accurate lease data processing in line with internal SLA's Production of ad hoc reports for managers and clients Cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield partners All data related documentation should be stored on Shared drives or SharePoint according to the documented processes Key knowledge and skills: Basic Lease reading skills Strong IT literacy Intermediate MS Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical mindset This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take their next step up to join an industry leading team that champions its employees growth and success.
