Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support to the Store Management team demonstrating a clear will to win sale and motivate other team members
* Develop a good understanding of all our products.
* Create attractive displays in store and in our shop window
* Listen to customers to understand their needs and price ranges, too.
* Willingness to take part in videos for our social channels
* Assist with the running of the e-commerce store, and online social media platforms (this work includes manual handling duties)
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.
* This role would be great for candidates who are currently Sales Assistants, Retail Assistants and Retail Sales Associates
* You will be hard working and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
* You will be confident serving and communicating with different customers
* You will understand the value of listening to different customers to adapt your sales tactics.
* You should have great eye for detail to assist us with our merchandising - in store, in our shop windows and for social media content.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From £15,000.00 per year
