Role Overview
As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer, you will be trained with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and registering candidates for various roles within the Automotive, Transport, and Logistics sectors, providing essential support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal systems to source potential candidates.
2. Screen potential candidates and conduct telephone and face to face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews and starts between candidates and clients.
4. General administration.
5. Occasionally travel to client sites for meetings and site visits.

8. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
9. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
12. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
13. Hold a full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences.
