Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that deepen understanding and spark curiosity across the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Monitor and assess pupil progress consistently, using data to inform planning and differentiate effectively to meet a wide range of learning needs. Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages independence, resilience, and active participation. Provide targeted, constructive feedback that supports academic development and encourages pupils to take ownership of their learning. Work with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each pupil reaches their full potential—both academically and personally. Requirements: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2. ✅ Confident classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain high expectations and foster independence in older primary pupils. ✅ Creative and adaptable teaching approach, delivering lessons that are thought-provoking, curriculum-rich, and suited to the developmental stage of KS2 learners. ✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the academic and emotional well-being of every child. ✅ Right to work in the UK.
