With a growing reputation and a loyal client base, they are seeking entrepreneurial Consultant Property Lawyers and Solicitors to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced conveyancers looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to shape their own working life while being supported by a centralised team and innovative systems.
The Role
As a Consultant Property Lawyer, you’ll manage your own caseload and have the freedom to choose your hours and workload. You’ll be supported by a centralised admin, onboarding, finance, and legal support team, allowing you to focus on delivering an outstanding client experience. Key responsibilities include:
• Handling residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
• Delivering high-quality service and communication throughout the client journey
• Using a bespoke case management system for efficient, remote working
• Collaborating with sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for experienced conveyancers seeking a more flexible and rewarding way of working. Candidates should demonstrate:
• At least 4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Experience in handling a range of property transactions independently
• A passion for client service and delivering a memorable experience
• Confidence using digital platforms and case management systems
• Self-motivation and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Location & Working Arrangements
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across England and Wales. You’ll have complete control over your working hours and caseload, with access to the firm’s support infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
