Careandsupport: Buildingrelationshipswithserviceusersandtheirfamilies,coordinatingcareplans,andconnectingthemwithcommunitysupportsystems. Riskmanagement: Assessingandmanagingrisks,andrespondingtoemergencysituations. Administrativetasks: Updatingpatientrecords,maintainingcompliancedocumentation,andperformingotheradministrativeduties. Qualificationsandskills Qualifications: RequiresaLevel5DiplomainLeadershipforHealthandSocialCareandChildrenandYoungPeople'sServices. Experience: ProvenexperiencemanagingaCareHome(ideally5years).
