Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to join there Commercial Department in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Managing a shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner Supporting material management processes Maintaining accurate records and documentation Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised effectively General administrative support within a busy commercial team Keeping systems and workflows organised and up to date Requirements Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook essential) Experience with DocuSign and SAP (preferred) Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information well organised This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, structured role within a supportive commercial team environment.
