Our client, a leading London law firm are seeking a Legal PA to support their Banking & Finance team in their London office.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners within the firm's Banking & Finance team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and can do attitude towards work. Duties to include:
Production of documents and correspondence
Opening client files and managing onboarding processes
Extensive diary management and organising meetings/ appointments
Manage monthly billing and invoicing processes
General administrative support as required including expense claims and cheque requisitions
Ensuring both electronic and paper filing is up to date
Work as part of the Banking & Finance team and assist secretaries where requiredThis Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm
Requirements
At least 4/5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience within a law firm
Experience supporting Partners/Fee Earners within a Corporate or Banking & Finance team in a law firm (desirable)Vacancy Highlights
