Who You Are An experienced Housing Advice/Prevention/Homelessness Assessment Officer who is ready to contribute immediately. You have a strong background in handling housing options services and can effectively manage the demands and pressures typical of this environment. What the Job Involves You will be a part of the Housing Options duty service, completing assessments and conducting respective prevention and relief work. The role requires managing a varied caseload and demonstrating practical experience in delivering housing solutions under pressure. Flexible working arrangements are offered, with the expectation of being office-based 50% of the time after a two to four-week induction period. Skills Knowledge of Part VII Housing Act 1996 Understanding of the Homelessness Reduction Act Experience with homelessness inquiries Proficiency in casework and drafting s184 decision letters Ability to manage a varied caseload Experience in a pressurized environment
