As the new Senior Team Leader, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference daily. You will be approachable and detail-oriented, guaranteeing our children’s safety at all times and full adherence to protocols and regulations.

The workday can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-in), on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
The young people in our care range from 8 to 18 years old, with various behavioral and emotional needs.
Typical day for a Senior Team Leader may include:
* Leading shifts and deputizing for the Registered Manager when needed
* Ensuring team members stay up-to-date with mandatory training and supporting their development
* Communicating with the team about care plans and their implementation
* Maintaining accurate records for monitoring and evaluation
* Participating in team and staff meetings
* Providing support and care to young people
* Encouraging educational engagement and supporting school or college travel
* Preparing meals and maintaining the home environment
* Organizing and facilitating social activities

Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* 12 months experience in a Residential setting (desirable but not essential)
* DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations
