Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 per annum

Your Role
In this dynamic position, you’ll:
* Lead a fantastic team of Shift Leaders, coaching and training them to achieve success.
* Collaborate with your team and other Department Managers to ensure smooth operations.
* Boost productivity by optimizing warehouse processes and performance.
* Manage daily operational processes and shifts with a hands-on approach.
* Support your Team Manager with operations, compliance, and Head Office projects.
* Oversee grievance and investigation processes, acting as a disciplinary manager.
* Create an environment where your team can excel, following our Leadership & Company Principles.
