What will I be doing as a Sales Advisor?
1. Handle all sales-related requests efficiently, primarily via inbound calls, but also through QMS, email, webchat, and other channels, ensuring each query is resolved satisfactorily.
2. Engage in great conversations to upsell and cross-sell products.
3. Collaborate with other parts of the business and suppliers, maintaining and developing relationships to support customers.
4. Enhance your product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
5. Stay informed about marketing and promotional activities.
