HR Advisor — Corby — Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm — £19.78 per hour — Temporary Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-volume logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys working closely with management teams to drive best practice across employee relations.
This role will play a key part in supporting site leadership with all aspects of HR and Employee Relations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a proactive approach to people management.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
* Advising and supporting managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
* Leading investigations and supporting formal meetings and hearings
* Providing guidance on performance management and absence issues
* Supporting day-to-day HR operations within a busy logistics environment
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the site
* ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
Suitable Candidate
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or distribution (preferably CIPD Level 5)
* Strong background in handling ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations)
* Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* A proactive and professional approach with strong communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Essential (occasional travel required)
