Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:
* You will work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
* You will deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping clients find solutions that best suit their needs, encouraging repeat business.
* You will advise on and arrange residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and a suite of non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.
* Provide feedback to the residential team regarding lead progress and outcomes.
Skills and experience required:
* Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
* Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
* Minimum of 1 year's sales experience with targets/objectives
* Positive and resilient attitude
* Driven to reach and exceed goals
* Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
* Ability to work under pressure
* Numerate and detail-oriented
