The role:
* Build and lead the People function from first principles — strategy through to execution
* Partner directly with the Founder and senior leadership team on all people-related decisions
* Design and implement organisational structure to support rapid multi-site growth
* Lead hiring strategy across head office and site-level teams
* Build performance frameworks, incentives and progression pathways
* Shape culture, values and employee experience as the business scales
* Oversee L&D, retention and engagement — creating a high-performance environment
* Ensure the right balance of structure vs agility as the business grows
