Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse OperativeAbout Us We are a busy and growing manufacturing business, looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. a Forklift Licence is a must!Role Overview As a Forklift/Warehouse operative you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required).Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.Move stock to designated storage locations.Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders.Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.Support other team members as needed.RequirementsValid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).Able to work on a rotating shift pattern- earlies then lates-Monday to Friday onlyPrevious experience in a warehouse environment.Good understanding of health & safety procedures.Ability to work well as part of a team.P hysically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.Good attention to detail and time management skills.What We OfferCompetitive pay rates.Overtime opportunities.On-the-job training and career progression.Supportive team environment.How to Apply Please click to send your CV or call primary contact more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
