GXO is seeking a Systems & Reporting Optimisation Manager to join our team at the M&S site in Peterborough. This is a new role within GXO, offering significant scope to make an impact. Your responsibilities will include reviewing on-site reporting, identifying automation opportunities, and creating dashboards to display performance metrics clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead system, reporting, and process improvement projects focusing on automation, simplification, and enhancing performance visibility.
2. Review and improve reporting streams, eliminate duplication and manual data entry, and develop dashboards to track productivity and performance trends.
3. Develop and maintain business cases supporting cost-saving initiatives and enhancing customer experience.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement principles and drive operational excellence.
5. Promote customer-focused objectives that enhance health & safety, reduce costs, and improve service delivery through data-driven decisions.
Ideal Candidate:

* Can influence warehouse management teams to embrace process evolution and change.
* Experience in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment with a background in continuous improvement and systems/reporting.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in presenting data clearly to diverse audiences.
* Advanced Excel skills, basic SQL knowledge, and Power BI experience are essential; experience with JDA WMS is beneficial.

This role is full-time, permanent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. The salary is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
