Location: Milton Keynes (Coventry is the cost centre)

✅A TYPICAL DAY WILL INVOLVE?
* Work as an integral part of the Network Rail National Supply Chain
* Logging of all queries and issues received via the CSS system.
* Will aim to solve the query themselves or will pass onto the relevant team to process
* Queries range from delivery updates right through to product recalls
* manage both delivery of light NR material including expediting and ensuring orders are meeting Lead times.
* Proactively seek to identify root causes for issues and effect resolution.
* Maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
* Perform additional admin tasks as directed by Help Desk Manager.
* Have thorough knowledge of Oracle, Outlook & associated databases, and Microsoft packages.
* Provide efficient and effective communication and feedback to Network Rail on issue resolution.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?
* Previous Customer Service Experience
* Previous Call Centre Experience
* Previous experience using Microsoft Office
* Excellent Communication skills
* Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
* Good communicator and be able to handle high volume of calls
* Supply Chain and Rail experience- desirable
