Supply Chain Manager
Location: Longfield | Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 | Hybrid Working
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing manufacturing organisation in Longfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and optimise supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across procurement, production, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
* Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure reliability and quality of supply
* Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams to meet business objectives
* Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management
Requirements
* Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or a similar industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with international supply chains is a significant advantage
* Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
