About The Role
At Butlin's, we welcome thousands of guests through our restaurant doors each week, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our Papa John's Restaurant Team!
In this full-time permanent role, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests as they enter the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking and processing orders accurately in our computer system
* Handling payments and providing information on menu items and allergens
* Upselling products to enhance the guest experience
* Waiting on and clearing tables to ensure smooth, efficient service
* Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
* Following health and safety/food hygiene guidelines
About You

As a great team player, you’ll thrive in our bustling environment. No two days will be the same, so being open to new experiences and engaging with a variety of guests is essential.

* Punctuality and reliability
* Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
You’ll work a rota of 5 days over 7, with opportunities for paid overtime. We offer a range of shifts from 11 AM starts to 4 AM finishes, providing you with the flexibility you need.
For those over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available!
