About the Role:
As a QEHS System Specialist, you will be responsible for managing QEHS-related systems and reports, including DMS, GHSE applications, and SharePoint. You will support user administration, provide training, participate in audits, and ensure documentation and compliance with global QEHS standards. This role is ideal for someone who combines system knowledge, quality processes, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user access, permissions, and system queries for DMS, GHSE, and QEHS SharePoint.
* Maintain and upload documents, manage system changes, and support organizational updates.
* Generate and distribute QEHS reports including audits, training, RCCA, standards, and compliance.
* Create and deliver training materials, including AI-generated content, for users and new employees.
* Participate in internal audits and manage the audit schedule across Europe.
* Act as a superuser and provide support for regional entities on system usage.
* Support ISO documentation control and certification requirements.
* Champion Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the QEHS systems.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or Bc degree; additional qualifications (e.g., ISO auditor, IOSH, NEBOSH, IT certifications) are a plus.
* Experience with QEHS systems, document control, and international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., German, Polish) is an advantage.
* Ability to travel within the region if needed.
