We are recruiting a SEMH Teaching Assistant for a full-time role within a specialist educational setting, supporting pupils aged 5–16.
This position is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to work across both primary and secondary age groups.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, providing consistency and structure in a highly rewarding environment.

The Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning.
You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to provide consistency, encouragement and stability throughout the school day.
Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN.
You should be patient, resilient and confident managing a variety of situations. Due to the location of the school, being able to drive is essential.
