We are a small, close-knit team based in Hexham looking for someone who believes care is about connection, not just a checklist. Our clients are like family, and we want to care for you as well as you care for them.
Sponsorship & Compliance Requirements
* Initial Training & Trial Period: All candidates must work with us for an initial period of three months before a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) can be assigned.
* Initial Working Hours: During this 3-month trial, candidates are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Student Visa Exception: If you currently hold a valid Student Visa that legally permits you to work more than 20 hours per week during vacations, we can accommodate those additional hours in line with your visa conditions.
* Full Sponsorship: Upon successful completion of the trial and the assignment of your CoS, you will transition to a permanent 37.5-hour per week contract.
* Sponsorship Rules: Applicants must have a valid sponsor and work their full contracted hours with that sponsor.
* Home Office Restrictions: It is against Home Office rules to employ those without a sponsor unless they are registered with the Displaced Workers Hub.

* Local: Living in or very near Hexham.
* Genuine & Reliable: Truly caring about making a difference and being someone our clients can rely on.
* Mobile: You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
* Vetting: Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
