We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team at our new site in Rosyth. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our operational administration and contributing to the efficiency of our workflows. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will provide vital administration and operation support to our teams, including: - Supporting the yard and operations teams by managing paperwork, workflows, and schedules to ensure smooth project delivery - Assisting with logistics and inventory, including booking transportation, creating delivery notes, and maintaining delivery schedules - Handling procurement tasks such as obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery - Supporting quality control activities by organising and maintaining quality documentation - Arranging interviews, meetings, and travel for the Operations Team, including taking minutes and preparing agendas - Maintaining operational documents and data to ensure accurate, up-to-date information across systems - Providing basic IT and office support, including troubleshooting equipment and assisting with new starter setups - Offering ad hoc support to the Office Administrator as needed, covering annual leave or other absences About You - We'd love to hear from people who bring: - Experience of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
