SEN Teacher – KS3 & KS4

Full-Time | Easter Start | Until End of Academic Year

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN school near Woodhall Spa. This is a full-time position starting at Easter and continuing until the end of the academic year.
This specialist setting supports students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH and complex learning needs. The school provides a nurturing, structured environment focused on personalised learning and positive outcomes.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Support students with a range of SEN, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
* Foster a calm, inclusive and structured classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team
* Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and reporting
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching within an SEN or specialist provision (or strong mainstream experience with SEN pupils)
* Excellent behaviour management skills and a patient, nurturing approach
* A commitment to promoting emotional wellbeing, engagement and academic progress
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
