Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our team in our Barnsley office. This role plays a vital part in helping clients navigate their mortgage options and achieve their homeownership dreams. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional financial guidance.
Responsibilities
* Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
* Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and lending criteria.
* Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and new mortgage products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support.
* Collaborate with lenders and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Promote the company's services through professional communication and customer engagement.
Qualifications
* CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 qualified or in progress.
* Proven experience or strong interest in financial services or mortgage advising.
* Basic math skills for accurate calculations and assessments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A professional attitude with a commitment to customer service.
* Knowledge of industry regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
