We have an exciting opportunity for an (ODMC) Office Administrator to join our Payments team. This role sits at the heart of our Owner Driver management centres, ensuring accurate payments, smooth onboarding, and effective administration supporting our national delivery network. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced operational environment, with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Please note this role is part time, 15 hours per week. You can do 15 hours over 3 days i.e. 5 hours per day or work 5 days per week, 3 hours per day. No other working pattern option is available.
Once you pass probation, you have the option to work Hybrid (3 days from home)
What You’ll Do:
As an (ODMC) Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of our Owner Drivers and ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate payments to Owner Drivers, franchises, and service providers
* Support the vetting and onboarding of new drivers, including system setup and documentation
* Process and resolve payment queries quickly and accurately
* Monitor daily payments and process driver journals and adjustments
* Liaise with operational sites regarding driver activity and revenue queries
* Manage leaver processes, including system updates and documentation
* Apply and manage charges and claims where required
* Handle general administrative and ad‑hoc queries within the team
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous office administration experience in a busy environment
* Strong skills using Microsoft Office 365 e.g. Excel and MS Teams
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
NVQ Level 1 in Business Administration
