About The Role
Please note: This role is Full Time 33hrs per week working over a seven day rota. We have opportunities for a Senior Carer on Days and Nights. Happy to discuss in interview.

Your role involves planning and implementing care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is your guiding principle.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key responsibilities.
Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. What’s essential is your positive energy, ability to get along with others, good record-keeping skills, time management, and kindness in communication.
