Work on a variety of domestic plumbing tasks in tenanted and void properties

Key Responsibilities: Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
Respond to reactive and planned works
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
Experience in domestic plumbing, ideally within social housing
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
