To be considered you should possess proven commercial sales experience within the food FMCG and or pharmaceutical packaging sectors team leadership and strategic planning. A degree in business administration marketing or a related field is preferred. Location: Buckinghamshire Role: Full-time Permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the customer service and field sales teams; foster a collaborative culture; conduct performance reviews and provide training. Develop and execute sales strategies for the food and pharmaceutical industries; collaborate with finance production and supply chain for accurate sales forecasts; drive profitability. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; oversee customer engagement initiatives; address and resolve customer issues effectively. Collaborate on marketing campaigns; implement process improvements for operational efficiency; stay informed on industry trends. Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Managing Director; analyse sales data for improvement opportunities; prepare reports and strategic plans. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role ideally in food FMCG or pharmaceutical packaging sectors; proven success in sales strategy development. Strong leadership communication negotiation and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 'preferred.' Strategic thinker results-oriented adaptable with high integrity and professionalism.
