Your responsibilities in the role Support our end user customers to optimize their production processes, delivering market leading productivity savings and safety improvements with company abrasive products Meet & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing market share through competitive new end user conversions Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and close win these opportunities as required under sales plan. Utilise the Customer Relationship Database (accounts, activities, opportunities, profiles, contacts) as a territory management and sales planning tool Find and develop new end users increasing end user loyalty to company Abrasive products across the territory by using abrasive product, application and process knowledge Develop close working relationships with the territory channel partner Sales Reps built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working and end user support.
