Apprentice Service Vehicle Technician - Kia
New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage is looking for an Apprentice Service Vehicle Technician to join our team based in Kia Scarborough. In return, you will receive an hourly rate of £7.55 in the first year, increasing in your second year to the minimum wage for your age plus excellent benefits!
At Vantage, we have built on our success and operate in thirteen locations across Yorkshire and Lancashire representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia, and Skoda.
This is a full-time role, typically working between 08:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
About the Apprentice Service Vehicle Technician role
As an Apprentice Service Technician at Vantage Motor Group Kia Scarborough, you will be trained using the latest diagnostic equipment. Your daily tasks will include servicing and vehicle maintenance. You will be partnered with one of our technicians who will mentor you throughout your apprenticeship.
You will use the latest hi-tech diagnostic procedures and equipment on sophisticated electronic and computer-controlled vehicle systems. A keen interest in the motor vehicle industry and a commitment to completing the course to become a skilled technician are required.

Desired qualifications
Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent, grade A*-D/9-3 in English and Maths.
