As part of our depot team, you'll receive in-person coaching and online training from our Talent Development team, gaining valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Our focus on employee development means you'll have a comprehensive training experience, with opportunities for progression through our in-house training and development roadmap.
We reward commitment and progress, with the potential to increase your salary by £1000 in your first year. Completing the training roadmap (typically around 10 months) will earn you your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, with further opportunities to join our leadership development programme, learn about logistics, strategy, marketing, revenue management, HR, and operations, and progress toward management roles.

42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, from 07:30/8:30 to 16:30/17:30.

Role Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service, supporting operations with administration, managing a fleet of commercial vehicles, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships. You'll learn to communicate effectively, influence, and resolve conflicts, working with local business partners and decision makers.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to see your impact on the business. No driving license is required—just the ability to commute to the office. You should have basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel & Outlook), excellent communication and customer care skills, strong interpersonal skills, and experience handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person. You must pass security checks including criminality, financial, and employment references.
