Internal Sales Executive
to join our sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales process from lead qualification to customer engagement. Working directly with the
Sales Lead
, the Internal Sales helps to build strong customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and support with sales activities. The role includes daily interaction with potential and existing clients, maintaining high standards of communication, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

Skills & Qualifications
* No mandatory sales experience required; though 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development is a bonus.
* No prior technical knowledge is required, but a keen interest or knowledge of the cyber security industry is a plus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* GCSE Math & English
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Key Responsibilities
* Working directly alongside the Sales Lead for an initial period to support sales activities, whilst learning and developing.
* Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to qualify opportunities
* Support the Sales Lead in managing the sales pipeline and sales support
* Lead customer calls, presentations and sales enquiries
* Conduct initial outreach to prospects, understand their needs, and align them with our offerings
* Collaborate closely with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
* Prepare sales documentation, proposals, and follow-up emails as needed
* Assist in forecasting and reporting on sales metrics with the Sales Lead

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
* Gain exposure to end-to-end sales cycles, on enterprise accounts

Typical progression: Internal Sales → Account Executive (within 6-12 months based on performance)
