Location: Barnet
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 + bonus structure
1-stage in-person interview taking place 16th June.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to take ownership of regional growth and client development. This role offers a blend of autonomy and strategic influence, with the opportunity to expand market presence and build long-term partnerships.
The Role
You will lead regional development activities, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional growth strategies
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
* Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
* Represent the business at client meetings and events

* Proven experience in business or regional development
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Target driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
* Full UK driving license is essential
