Your day-to-day will include:
* Advising clients on divorce, separation, child arrangements, and financial matters
* Managing your own caseload with sensitivity and professionalism
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and precision
* Representing clients in negotiations and, where necessary, court proceedings
We're looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE+ in family law
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
* Commitment to constructive, amicable resolutions
* Familiarity with relevant family law procedures and regulations
