The Role
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this role is focused on the proactive management and successful delivery of multiple projects. You will oversee client relationships, coordinate internal teams, manage site surveys, and ensure projects run smoothly from initial brief through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strong client relationships across London.
* Engage with marketing teams and site managers to fully understand project objectives and site-specific requirements.
* Plan project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
* Provide expert advice on materials, production processes, and installation logistics.
* Collaborate with internal project and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Conduct site visits and surveys, taking precise measurements and documenting site conditions.
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring any challenges are swiftly resolved.
What We’re Looking For
* Based in London or within easy commuting distance.
* Proven project management experience in the property, construction, or built environment sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working client-facing.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confident in offering practical and creative branding and signage solutions.
* Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and the Watford office.
