The Solution Consulting department is responsible for supporting our sales teams in the pre‑sales phases by providing expertise in our SaaS platform and functional purchasing processes (S2C, P2P).
Role
We are seeking a Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. The consultant will bring a dynamic approach to our fast‑paced technology environment, helping customers solve complex business problems. The Senior Solution Consultant supports our Account Executives in the UK and the Nordics, reporting to the SC Manager in Sweden.
What You Will Do With Us
* Collaborate with Account Executives on qualified opportunities to uncover customer business objectives, pain points and project requirements.
* Create winning strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise.
* Present the value of the Ivalua Platform with highly sophisticated and engaging demos.
* Provide functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and support all functional/technical activities required from initial bid response through the entire sales cycle.
* Recommend and support different selling strategies and pre‑sales activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support advanced prospect requirements.
* Work effectively with other parts of the organization, including Product Management and R&D, to support ongoing product improvements via prospects’ and customers’ feedback.

Skills and Experience
* BSc or MSc degree qualification (business or engineering school).
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a customer‑facing role, essentially in the field of software.
* Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions.
* Knowledge and experience with SaaS and Cloud‑Based applications.
* Ability to articulate the value of and sell SaaS/Cloud‑Based applications.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, Spend Analytics, Direct Procurement MRP/ERP, Services procurement, Supplier Master Data management domains.
* Strong interest in AI and Agentic AI.
* Staying current on the solution roadmap (forthcoming improvements) as well as competitive offers to improve your industry knowledge.
Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Other Software Tools (Forecasting / Sales Tracking)
Soft Skills
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Excellent English language skills; any additional language is a plus.

Hybrid Work Schedule
This role will require a hybrid work schedule: 3 days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday in the office required and a third day based on department preference.
